SHIPPING

We offer complimentary 3 to 6 business days US shipping and 8 to 14 business days International shipping using UPS Ground and USPS Worldwide, Express shipping is also available for an additional charge, you could select the shipping method and check shipping time and cost when check out. We also offer complimentary shipping on all return and exchange items. We prefer that items returned to us via our own service so that they are protected and insured. However, we do monitor the number of returns by customers, repeating return and exchange will result in charging shipping cost or closure of account. 

 

Orders placed before 2 p.m. on business days begin processing on that day; orders placed after 2 p.m. begin processing on the next business day. You will receive an e-mail containing your Tracking Number once your package has been shipped from us, you may track the delivery of your order from www.ups.com and www.usps.com by using the Tracking Number.

 

International orders are subject to duties and taxes determined by the country which we are shipping to. These fees may total as much as 30% of your order value and are the responsibility of the customer to pay upon delivery. Orders refused at the point of delivery will incur return shipping charges. We are required by law to list directly on the package the full retail value of items ordered and contained therein. We cannot mark any package as a gift to avoid customs and duties fees. For more information on customs fees and procedures, please contact your local customs office.

 

RETURN/EXCHANGE

You can return or exchange item within 5 days from the delivered date. We accept return and exchange of unused, unwashed, undamaged and unaltered items. The return and exchange shipping is free by using our return service, here is how:

  • If you would like to return or exchange your clothing item for an alternate size, please email hi@homeism.com.

  • Make sure the return / exchange item is in good condition and in its original garment bag.

  • Repackage your return / exchange item.

  • Place the return label outside the shipping box.

  • Drop off shipment at a FedEx location (find your nearest FedEx at www.fedex.com)

You can use return label’s tracking # to track shipment through UPS, once we received your package, we will also let you know by email.

Original shipping costs are non–refundable. Please note that we are unable to provide shipping labels or reimbursement for international returns, and any duties or taxes collected upon delivery will be non refundable.

 

REFUND

As soon as we receive your package, your return / exchange process will begin immediately, we first confirm that the item meets our return / exchange conditions(unused, unwashed, undamaged and unaltered). We will send you a confirmation email regarding the status of your return / exchange and issue your refund / ship out your exchange item the same or next business day. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for your refund to post to your credit card. All refunds will be given in the same method as original payment.

If the item does not meet the return / exchange conditions, we will not be able to issue the refund / exchange, and the package will be sent back. Please also note that we do not refund international duties and taxes. For more information on reclaiming international duties and taxes, please contact your local customs office.
